As a Full-Stack Technical Architect, your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly, identifying and addressing architectural bottlenecks, and designing innovative solutions to enable scalability and future growth. Additionally, you will mentor and guide engineers on modern design patterns, test practices, and coding standards, with a particular focus on GraphQL, REST APIs, and React. To excel in this role, you should have 15 to 20 years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale web applications and services. Expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and Node.js, as well as in front-end frameworks like React and back-end technologies such as Node.js and Python, is essential. You should also possess a deep understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, domain and schema modeling, object-oriented design principles, and full-stack architecture. Proficiency in building event-driven architectures and services in the cloud, particularly on AWS, is preferred. Furthermore, you should demonstrate strong leadership skills, with experience in mentoring software engineers and managing complex development projects across the full stack. An AWS certification would be advantageous.
