Job Title: Technical Architect D365 F&O (Finance & Operations) Location: Hyderabad, Warangal, Bangalore - Onsite/Hybrid. Experience Required: 8+ Years Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect with over 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), with strong expertise in X++ coding , solution architecture, and integration strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade solutions aligned with best practices and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Leadership: Design end-to-end technical architecture for D365 F&O implementations and enhancements. Define solution strategies that align with business requirements and Microsoft best practices. Lead the technical design of system customizations, extensions, and integrations. Development & Coding: Hands-on development using X++ , including data entities, batch jobs, reports, workflows, and forms. Oversee and ensure quality coding standards, performance, and scalability. Perform code reviews and mentor developers. Integration & Interfaces: Design and implement integrations with external systems using OData, REST APIs, Power Platform, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and custom services. Collaborate with functional consultants to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. Upgrade & Migration: Lead technical upgrade efforts from legacy Dynamics AX versions to D365 F&O. Plan and execute data migration strategies and tools (Data Management Framework, etc.). Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams. Documentation & Governance: Create technical documentation including solution design, architecture diagrams, data models, and deployment guides. Enforce security, compliance, and ALM standards across environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations. Expert in X++ programming , SSRS reports, and data entities. Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture , extensions, customizations, and performance tuning. Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and release management. Familiar with LCS (Lifecycle Services) , DMF (Data Management Framework), and telemetry tools. Experience integrating D365 F&O with Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, etc.). Solid knowledge of SQL Server, .NET, and object-oriented programming concepts. Proven track record in delivering large-scale implementations or complex customizations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Microsoft certifications in D365 or related technologies (preferred).
