1. Experience working on High availibility, Scalability, Failover, Backup, Monitoring, alerting
2. Experience of configuring OnPremises to cloud connectivity
3. Experience on migration assessment (planning), Discovery(mobilize) and Deploy approaches.
4. Experience on Cost Optimization, Performance tuning.
5. Understand customer requirement.
6. Discovery tools Application discovery tool
7. Migration Tools Application Migration service/ database migration service.
8. Knowledge on Rehosting, Rearchietcting, Refactoring, Replatforming.
9. Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Automate infra provisioning/cloud migration, Scripting handson/ knowledge PowerShell/Bash/Python
