About the Role:

Technical Architect (Node.js, React & Java)

frontend, backend, and enterprise application stacks

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of

  enterprise-level software systems

  using

  Node.js, React.js, and Java

  .
• Architect and implement

  microservices-based applications

  ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—product management, UX, and DevOps—to translate business needs into well-defined technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce

  coding standards, architectural principles, and design patterns

  to maintain engineering excellence.
• Evaluate and recommend modern tools, frameworks, and cloud technologies that align with product and business needs.
• Drive

  cloud-native adoption

  using

  AWS, Azure, or GCP

  , and ensure adherence to DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide

  technical leadership

  and mentorship to software engineers, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure systems comply with

  security, data protection, and performance

  standards.
• Create and maintain detailed

  architecture documentation

  , including design blueprints, decisions, and trade-offs.

On Your First Day, We’ll Expect You To Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 12–15 years of total experience

  , including

  5+ years in a Technical Architect or similar role

  .

• Mandatory hands-on expertise

  in

  Node.js

  ,

  React.js

  , and

  Java

  for designing full-stack applications.
• Deep understanding of

  microservices architecture

  ,

  RESTful APIs

  ,

  Docker

  ,

  Kubernetes

  , and

  cloud environments

  (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience designing and implementing

  scalable, high-availability systems

  using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proven knowledge of

  application security, API gateway design, and integration patterns

  .
• Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps workflows.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to guide and influence diverse technical teams.
• A passion for innovation and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
