About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect – Backend (Java Spring Boot) to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Domain Driven Design (DDD) and Greenfield Microservices architecture. This role requires strong leadership in solution design, backend development, and architectural guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Architect and design scalable backend solutions using Java Spring Boot.

·        Implement Domain Driven Design (DDD) principles for complex business domains.

·        Build and lead Greenfield Microservices projects from the ground up.

·        Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and DevOps teams.

·        Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and perform code reviews.

·        Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, and security.

Mandatory Skills:

·        Java Spring Boot (7–10 years)

·        Domain Driven Design (DDD)

·        Greenfield Microservices

Nice-to-Have Skills:

·        Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

·        CI/CD and DevOps practices

·        Performance tuning and application security expertise
