Job Description

As an Adobe AEM Forms Specialist, you will play a crucial role in partnering with clients and implementation partners to understand unique business requirements, define strategies, and drive business value from the Adobe platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Being a recognized expert for Adobe internal and regional stakeholders. - Acting as the lead point of contact for Customer engagement. - Managing multiple Customer engagements simultaneously. - Building trusted advisor relationships with Clients & Implementation Partners. - Creating custom enterprise architectures and roadmaps. - Integrating Experience Cloud products effectively for online businesses. - Providing advisory on industry best practices throughout the implementation process. - Communicating proactively with Customer/Partner teams on assessments & recommendations. - Assisting with enablement & coaching on product features and technical queries. - Managing Customer expectations and project timelines effectively. - Collaborating with internal teams and Client/Implementation Partners. Additional responsibilities will include enabling team members with new product features, maintaining technical expertise, and ensuring timely delivery using standardized templates. To succeed in this role, you must have: Must have: - 9+ years of work experience in object-oriented design principles. - Experience in designing and implementing AEM forms, both OSGi and JEE. - Application development experience on Java/JEE platform. - Proficiency in AEM Forms development including Adaptive Forms/Fragments, workflows, and core components. - Experience with Adobe LiveCycle Modules and services. - Knowledge of web technologies like HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, and frameworks. - Understanding of encryption, document security, and compliance standards. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science.
