Description

We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in analyzing and developing technical solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Analyze technical requirements and develop solutions to meet client needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and execution.
Conduct system testing and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, systems, and workflows.
Provide support to end-users and assist in training on new systems.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
