Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
Participate in system design, development, and testing phases.
Work closely with development teams to ensure business requirements are met.
Create and maintain documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
Conduct gap analysis and propose process improvements.
Support UAT and post-implementation reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Proven experience as a developer (preferably in web or enterprise applications).
Strong background in business analysis with stakeholder engagement.
Familiarity with data environments, especially AWS (Amazon Web Services) is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
