Job Description

As a Technical Account Specialist - Networking at NTT DATA, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by leveraging your expertise in SD-WAN (Cisco & Fortinet), Cisco ACI & SDA, and Cisco Meraki - DNAC technologies. Your main responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating strong design and implementation knowledge of Cisco, Fortinet, and VMWare SD-WAN technology - Articulating the benefits of SD-WAN technology to both internal and external clients - Identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex SD-WAN issues - Providing technical demonstrations and use cases of SD-WAN systems - Analyzing SD-WAN infrastructure performance to ensure optimal network operation - Understanding SD-WAN APIs and integrating them with external tools/systems - Leading, supporting, and building relationships with the NTT service engineering team - Demonstrating strong communication skills and experience in team leadership - Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex Cisco ACI-based, Juniper fabric, VMware NSX, or OpenFlow protocol-based Data Centre networks - Configuring and managing network resources using Cisco ACI or other OEM controllers - Deploying and configuring Cisco ACI applications and services - Designing and building complex campus networks with Software Defined Access (SDA) solutions - Providing client support, troubleshooting, design, configuration, and escalated problem management - Engaging in network automation via scripting (e.g. Python, Ruby) or tools (e.g. Ansible, Algosec, Chef) - Diagnosing and resolving wireless, security, switching, and other network-related issues with Cisco Meraki DNAC solution - Providing strategic direction over multiple UX projects and cross-product experiences - Collaborating with support team members to address network outages, incorrect configurations, and sophisticated networking issues - Mentoring and training the service engineering team on DNAC solutions In addition to the technical responsibilities, at NTT DATA, you will be part of a global innovator of business and technology services committed to driving long-term success for clients through innovation and optimization.
