Technical Account Manager (TAM)

As a technically skilled, analytical, and product-focused professional, you will be responsible for leading strategic projects aimed at advancing mobile solutions at Siprocal, a cross-device growth and monetization platform operating across the Americas. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal tech teams and clients in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and the U.S. Essential requirements for this position include experience with SDKs, APKs, QA processes, and fluency in both English and Portuguese. Your primary responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients" technical teams, overseeing project management to ensure successful roadmap execution, translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, providing product insights, and analyzing usage data and user feedback to drive continuous improvements. Key tasks in this role will involve integrating SDKs, APKs, and virtual preloading processes, conducting product testing, certifications, and feature evaluations, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating content updates, feature releases, and implementations. Requirements for this role include a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields, strong knowledge of SDKs, APIs, and mobile app development (especially Android APKs and virtual preloading), experience with QA, software testing, and certification processes, familiarity with Agile methodologies, hands-on experience with product analytics tools, bug tracking, and customer feedback loops, as well as fluency in English and Portuguese for daily interactions with global teams. While not required, fluency in Spanish is considered a nice-to-have for this position.
