Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at the company, your primary responsibility is to provide overall governance and technical service delivery to valued customers. Your role involves assisting customers in maximizing the business value of their Oracle investments, ensuring desired business outcomes, and minimizing risks. To achieve this, you must establish yourself as a trusted advisor, maintain consistency and quality in deliverables, and assist in delivering their IT strategy to meet business goals. Your expertise in leading practices for successful Oracle technology and Cloud deployments will be crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 24/7 support for Oracle production database services to maintain high standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security, and performance. - Manage end-to-end Life Cycle support for Oracle Database, including Installation, Migration, Upgradation, Patching, Backup & Recovery, High Availability, and Disaster Recovery Solution with RAC. - Handle Oracle Engineered Systems such as Exadata, Super Cluster, Oracle Database Appliances, etc. - Resolve Service Requests logged by customers and contribute to proactive support activities. - Own and resolve problems throughout the Service Request/ITIL lifecycle. - Contribute to the development and maintenance of Knowledge Management content. - Respond to and resolve customer issues within Key Performance Indicator targets. - Maintain expertise in Oracle Database and OCI, staying updated on new releases. Qualifications Required: - Experience in providing technical service delivery and governance. - Proficiency in Oracle Database management, including installation, migration, and support. - Strong knowledge of Oracle Engineered Systems. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities. - Proven track record of managing customer relationships and expectations effectively.,
