Technical Account Manager - OCI (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS)

As a client advocate, you will be responsible for providing guidance on product expertise and translating customer needs and requirements into integrated solutions. Your role will involve understanding and translating customers" business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs. You should be able to conduct fit gap analysis and develop a roadmap to transition and implement the best-fit solution that meets customer requirements. Your primary focus will be on acting as an advocate for the customer.
