Job Description

Service Quality plays vital role in Customer experience, Techliner support the dealer network in technical operation to ensure on time technical support to solve the technical issues in customer vehicles and ensure the standard operating procedure adherence during vehicle storage, delivery, maintenance activities at dealer workshops.

  • Technical Assistance to Dealer network to resolve technical Concerns in customer vehicles within stipulated timeline.
  • Technical assistance provided to Dealer network through online portal R-ACTIS
  • Dealer visit to solve critical Customer Complaint
  • Dealer Visit report to be prepared and shared within 24 Hrs of visit.
  • Monthly TRT-Repeat repair and Battery OCV and LTSM inspection analysis & Action plan implementation at network
  • Analyse the reason for high TRT -Repeat repair and low Battery OCV, LTSM check at network.
  • Preparing Action Plan for bottom 10 Dealers and implementing the same effectively to reduce dispersion
  • Prepare dealer score card to present the Regional dealers Monthly performance, manage dispersion
  • Monthly Cotech score card to be prepared and shared with network to present the workshop Monthly performance and reduce dispersion within the region.
  • Product feedback to concerned Quality team for improvement
  • Product feedback shared to Quality after analysis of CIR
  • Timely escalation of Product liability cases and reporting
  • Tracking of OTS implementation in network and tracking to ensure required dealer action for effective implementation
  • Regular follow up and tracking done with Dealer network and Area managers for OTS implementation.

  1. Skill improvement in Network Periodic Knowledge sharing session done with the Dealer staff through Weekly Conference, Quarterly On-The-Job trainings.
  2. Monitoring of In-House Dealer Training Conducted by Cotech.
  3. Implement ARES, LTSM, STOCK-YARD , BQP [Battery Quality Planning] audits.
  4. ARES-Maintenance Process adherence audit, LTSM New vehicle handling, preparation audit and action plant implementation

10 to 12 Years of Experience in relevant area
