As a Junior Executive-Tech Transfer at a leading pharmaceutical company in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Involving in the batch execution activities for tech transfer & site transfer products. - Reviewing documents as per the requirements for the execution of tech transfer & site transfer products. - Applying for Test license for tech transfer & site transfer products. - Preparing & ensuring availability of item codes for raw materials, primary packaging materials, filter & tubings for tech transfer & site transfer products. - Conducting product and equipment gap assessment for the tech transfer & site transfer products. - Preparing engineering batch manufacturing record and summary report. - Creating Manufacturing Record for tech transfer & site transfer products. - Designing protocols & initiating studies, preparing reports for post-execution study for intended market. - Coordinating with cross-functional departments to meet project objectives. - Indenting raw materials, generating raw material and finished goods specifications, providing trade dress approval support, and participating in the execution of submission batches for dossier extension markets. - Providing support to address queries related to the executed tech transfer & site transfer products. - Maintaining the laboratory notebook and ensuring Good Documentation Practices (GDP). - Creating purchase requisitions for capital goods, utilities, packing material, raw material, and consumables. - Conducting literature and patent searches related to products. - Maintaining API and RLD register for reconciliation. - Taking responsibility for the maintenance of FR&D laboratory, lab, Raw material Store, Primary Packing Material store, and Finished goods storage area related to the FR&D laboratory.
