Candidate needs to handle all shop floor responsibilities of plant which includes batch and shift schedules preparation, planning and execution of batches, GMP documentation compliance, support in GMP audit compliance and investigation team

You will be responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and promoting clean environmental practices at the workplace. This includes training contract persons and helpers on general procedures, as well as signing all documents related to activities under your control. Additionally, you will participate in and adhere to all EHS continual improvement and line responsibilities, such as emergency mock drill participation, training, and permit to work procedures. It is important to follow all site safety requirements and exhibit positive behavior to contribute to the safety culture transformation. You must also adhere to permit to work procedures during shop-floor activities and use the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when performing operations. If you identify any unsafe conditions or acts, it is crucial to report them to the Manager or EHS team immediately, along with any safety-related incidents, accidents, or illnesses. Furthermore, you are expected to follow instructions from previous shifts or Managers and complete assigned tasks on time. Keeping shop-floor documents updated and handing them over to the reliever during shift changes is essential. Conducting trainings on SOPs, revised documents, and qualification protocols for shop-floor personnel is also part of your responsibilities. Other duties include ensuring raw materials are ready for batches, raising work orders for maintenance works, coordinating with the E&M team, and liaising with the engineering department for equipment Preventive Maintenance (PM) and instrument calibrations. Ensuring batch execution aligns with the production schedule, maintaining cleanliness and good housekeeping in designated areas, and participating in scheduled trainings are also key aspects of this role. Senior Murex Batch Support Engineer (EOD Processing, Shell Scripting, SQL, Incident Resolution) Job Summary Synechron is seeking a highly experienced Senior Murex Batch Support Engineer to join our support team. This role is critical in ensuring the stability and efficiency of Murex-based batch processes, particularly during end-of-day (EOD) operations. The incumbent will provide second and third-line technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and oversee batch processing activities in a dynamic, high-pressure financial environment.
