Tech Team Lead

As a highly skilled Tech Lead with expertise in PHP and full-stack development, your role at Unstop will involve designing and developing end-to-end web applications, building scalable backend systems, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences, and optimizing code for performance and maintainability. While this role does not involve team management, you will play a crucial part in driving development initiatives and mentoring as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop end-to-end web applications using PHP and modern full-stack technologies. - Build scalable and secure backend systems and integrate them seamlessly with front-end components. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver exceptional user experiences. - Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Debug complex technical issues and ensure platform stability. - Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes. - Contribute to architectural decisions and guide the adoption of new tools and technologies. Requirements: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on PHP. - Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js). - Strong understanding of database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, and familiarity with NoSQL databases). - Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control systems (Git). - Solid understanding of full-stack development workflows and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
