Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for website setup, installation, and configuration.
Diagnose and resolve front-end and back-end website issues.
Assist clients with website performance, hosting, and domain-related queries.
Handle installation of software, updates, and security patches.
Collaborate with the development team for bug fixes and system improvements.
Install and configure printers, drivers, and network-related setups (if required).

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
Understanding of WordPress / CMS platforms.
Basic networking and system troubleshooting knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage client queries efficiently.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
