Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer support queries (via phone, WhatsApp, or ticketing system)
  • Diagnose issues related to sensors, gateways, and other IoT components
  • Set up and modify automation policies based on site-specific logic
  • Guide field partners on how to install or configure the system
  • Liaise with the service team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
  • Document learnings, faults, and resolutions for future reference
  • Occasionally visit customer sites if issues cannot be resolved remotely
  • Continuously learn and explore new tools like EasyEDA, LoRa tools, cloud dashboards, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skills
  • Basic understanding of IoT, electronics, or embedded systems preferred
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and software tools
  • Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
  • Diploma/BE/BSc in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or similar
