Role & responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer support queries (via phone, WhatsApp, or ticketing system) Diagnose issues related to sensors, gateways, and other IoT components Set up and modify automation policies based on site-specific logic Guide field partners on how to install or configure the system Liaise with the service team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues Document learnings, faults, and resolutions for future reference Occasionally visit customer sites if issues cannot be resolved remotely Continuously learn and explore new tools like EasyEDA, LoRa tools, cloud dashboards, etc. Preferred candidate profile Strong logical thinking and troubleshooting skills Basic understanding of IoT, electronics, or embedded systems preferred Willingness to learn new technologies and software tools Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred) Diploma/BE/BSc in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or similar
