Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Document customer interactions, solutions, and technical issues in the operating system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
  • Diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
  • Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting processes.

Job Specification :

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain patient and professional.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Basic Knowledge of API and Information Technologies aspects.
  • Completed Bachelors in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
