Job Description

Job Responsibility:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Document customer interactions, solutions, and technical issues in the operating system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams when necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
Diagnose and resolve software issues efficiently.
Guide users through step-by-step troubleshooting processes.

Job Specification :

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to remain patient and professional.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Basic Knowledge of API and Information Technologies aspects.
Completed Bachelors in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
