Tech Support Engr Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer (Application Support) with 1–2 years of experience to provide end-user support for enterprise applications. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, handling data entry, coordinating with internal teams, and local travel for on-site support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for business applications and internal tools.
• Troubleshoot user-reported application issues and escalate when needed.
• Perform regular data entry and updates in application databases or dashboards.
• Train users on application features, usage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct on-site visits to branches or client locations for setup or support.
• Maintain logs of issues, solutions, and system updates.
• Coordinate with development or product teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
• Ensure timely resolution of support tickets via helpdesk or ticketing systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in application or technical support roles.
• Understanding of web-based or enterprise applications.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or database queries (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry and documentation.
• Willingness to travel locally as per business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
