Experience: 1–2 Years Location: Delhi (Preferred near Rohini) Travel: Local travel required (client sites/branches) Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer (Application Support) with 1–2 years of experience to provide end-user support for enterprise applications. The role involves troubleshooting application issues, handling data entry, coordinating with internal teams, and local travel for on-site support. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level support for business applications and internal tools. Troubleshoot user-reported application issues and escalate when needed. Perform regular data entry and updates in application databases or dashboards. Train users on application features, usage, and basic troubleshooting. Conduct on-site visits to branches or client locations for setup or support. Maintain logs of issues, solutions, and system updates. Coordinate with development or product teams for bug fixes and enhancements. Ensure timely resolution of support tickets via helpdesk or ticketing systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in application or technical support roles. Understanding of web-based or enterprise applications. Basic knowledge of SQL or database queries (preferred). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to perform accurate data entry and documentation. Willingness to travel locally as per business needs.
