Tech Senior Manager

As the Tech Senior Manager at Google Operations Center, you will lead a team of technical support and engineering professionals across various product areas such as Cloud, Workspace, Salesforce, Data Engineering, and analytics. The engineering teams will primarily focus on full-stack development, while technical support professionals will provide high-end technical support to Google customers globally. Your responsibilities will include building a deep understanding of the technology stack and Google's business, establishing baselines and deviations, managing day-to-day activities, assessing problem resolutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and guiding the team towards achieving desired business results. You will also be responsible for driving various people practices, employee retention, and building an engaged workforce. Additionally, you will act as a mentor and develop succession plans at all levels. The minimum qualifications for this role include 15+ years of experience leading hybrid technology teams with at least 8 years of people management experience, 10+ years of hands-on experience in technologies such as Cloud, Workspace, CRM systems, or data engineering and analytics, professional level cloud certification (GCP, AWS, or Azure), and excellent stakeholder management skills and business acumen. Preferred qualifications include an engineering degree in Computer Science or Electronics, Google Cloud Platform or any other cloud certification, and experience in leading a team of 200+ professionals.
