As a Tech Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading B2B sales efforts for our enterprise software offerings. Your experience and expertise in software sales, coupled with a deep understanding of the digital transformation needs of businesses, will be instrumental in driving our solutions to success. Your passion for utilizing smart technology to address real-world problems is key to excelling in this role. You will be responsible for selling a range of software solutions including Security & Surveillance Software Platforms, Cloud-based Infrastructure Solutions, Biometric Identity & Access Management Software, Audio Analytics & Monitoring Platforms, Network Management & Monitoring Software, Remote Backup & Power Management Dashboards, and Contact Centre & Communication Software Solutions across various industries such as security, telecom, IT, and infrastructure. Your key responsibilities will include driving B2B sales, building and nurturing relationships with enterprise clients and technology decision-makers, conducting solution-focused demos and consultations, managing the full sales cycle, collaborating with product and technical teams, traveling for on-site client engagements, and achieving or exceeding quarterly sales targets. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of successful B2B software sales experience, a strong understanding of enterprise SaaS, surveillance, cloud, or infrastructure platforms, excellent communication and presentation skills, experience in selling to IT managers, CISOs, facility directors, or procurement heads, the ability to translate technical features into business value, and a willingness to travel and engage directly with clients.
