Tech recruitment specialist

As a Tech Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for the mandates assigned by our domestic or international clients. Your key responsibilities will include understanding and analyzing job descriptions in detail, sourcing suitable candidates from multiple databases using advanced search and sourcing techniques, and utilizing social media effectively for candidate outreach and mandate marketing. You will be expected to communicate and coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, including CV submissions, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and ensuring timely joinings. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the tech recruitment field, either with agencies or tech companies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a strong understanding of various technologies and skillsets. Experience in sourcing difficult-to-find passive candidates and business data, as well as deep knowledge of search engine syntax across various search engines, will be advantageous. A technical educational background such as BE, BCS, or MCM would be beneficial for this position. Proficiency in leveraging social media for both sourcing and marketing purposes is preferred. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus opportunity. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Pune, Maharashtra, or be willing to relocate before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is required, and fluency in English is essential.
