As Technology - Subject Matter Expert, you are responsible to leverage your technical know-how to understand the nuances of the technical and domain demands of roles we are hiring for, identify suitable tech experts from various databases who match these requirements, engage with them for at the right technical level, evaluate their fitment for the roles and coordinate with the clients for further selection process. Understand and analyse the job description in details Source matching candidates from various databases leveraging advanced search and sourcing techniques (we provide excellent training on sourcing techniques) Make optimal use of social media to find and reach out to the candidates Make optimal use of social media for mandate marketing and attracting talent Communicate and coordinate with the candidates and clients for CV submissions, interview scheduling, offer negotiations and timely joining Your profile - We encourage women candidates with strong technical background who want to restart their careers after a break. 3+ years of experience in technology industry programming, testing, designing etc. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal Strong understanding of various technologies, skillsets Technical educational background (BE, BCS, MCM etc) Curiosity to keep updated on technology trends Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Required)
