### Job Role

**Customer Support Associate**

* Handle customer interactions via **Voice or Chat**

* Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Australian quality standards

* Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high CSAT

* Maintain accurate documentation and follow process guidelines

### Compensation & Benefits

* **Up to 5.5 LPA** – Voice Process

* **Up to 4.5 LPA** – Chat Process

* 5 days working | 2 rotational week-offs

### Eligibility Criteria

* **Education:** Minimum **12th Pass / Undergraduate** (Graduates also welcome)

* **Experience:** Minimum **6 months of relevant BPO experience** (International preferred)

* Excellent communication skills in English

* Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities

* Willingness to work in Australian shifts
