Job Title: Tech LeadExperience Level: 10 to 15 YearsLocation: Bengaluru, HyderabadEmployment Type: Full TimeJob Summary:We are looking for a highly experienced and hands on Technical Lead Data Engineering to lead the design, development, and optimization of our enterprise data platform
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Databricks, Snowflake, and modern data architecture, with a strong background in leading data engineering teams and delivering scalable, high performance data solutions
Key Responsibilities:Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable data pipelines and platforms using Databricks and Snowflake
Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to define data strategies and technical roadmaps
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of data engineers
Ensure best practices in data modeling, ETL/ELT development, data quality, and performance optimization
Drive the adoption of modern data engineering practices, including CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code
Oversee integration of structured and unstructured data from various sources into the data lake and data warehouse
Monitor and optimize data workflows, Spark jobs, and Snowflake queries for performance and cost efficiency
