Tech Lead

As a technical lead, you will be responsible for contributing to and directing the efforts of development teams, both internal and external. You will play a key role in the continuous evolution of the existing content supply portfolio of applications and services. Your tasks will include designing, developing, modifying, implementing, and supporting software components across the entire software stack. It will be your responsibility to identify the root cause of complex software issues and devise efficient and permanent technical solutions. Staying updated on new technologies and vendor packages will be essential, and you will be expected to evaluate and make recommendations when necessary. Additionally, you will assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing, while also mentoring Software Engineers to foster their skill and knowledge development through guidance, coaching, and training opportunities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and management to ensure successful project outcomes.
