Tech Lead / Senior / Junior Software Engineer - Java

You will be a part of BPRISE Private Limited and play a crucial role in designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications using Java and Spring framework. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be key to thriving in our dynamic start-up culture. - Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications using Java and Spring framework. - Manage day-to-day programming tasks efficiently and meet target dates. - Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 developers if applying for the Tech Lead position. - Proactively identify new tasks and take ownership of them. - Collaborate with testing and other teams to resolve issues quickly and enhance efficiency. - Prioritize security and ensure safe operations. - Learn new technical skills and adapt to process changes. - Bring innovative ideas and enthusiasm to the team for building new solutions. - Demonstrate good analytical and communication skills for effective writing and communication. - Degree in Technology / Computer Science / Engineering. - Hands-on experience in Spring, Java, and building software from scratch. - Strong knowledge of Core Java, Servlets, and Spring with Hibernate/JPA. - Experience with JS Framework (preferably AngularJS), HTML, JQuery. - Familiarity with MySQL, Oracle, and exposure to NoSQL DB (Mongo/Cassandra/Hbase). - Proficiency in Application Servers and building tools like Maven, Jenkins, Ant. - Exposure to TFS, Git, or SVN and Agile or SCRUM methodologies. - Highly tech-savvy with evidence of creating solutions/products from the ground up. - Motivated to work in a startup environment.,
