Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Tech lead to lead our frontend and backend development teams.

This role requires a balance of hands-on programming skills and strong

team management capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web and

backend technologies, a passion for driving projects from concept to completion, and the abilityto mentor and inspire a diverse tech team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership

  : Manage and mentor frontend and backend development teams,ensuring alignment with project goals and company standards.

• Project Oversight:

  Oversee development projects, ensuring timely delivery, high performance, and code quality.

• Technical Collaboration:

  Work closely with both frontend and backend developers to troubleshoot, guide architecture decisions, and integrate components effectively.

• Hands-On Development:

  Contribute to codebases when necessary, providing technical guidance and reviewing code to maintain high standards.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Collaborate with designers, product managers, and clients to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.

• Process Optimization

  : Implement best practices in agile development, code reviews, and version control to streamline team workflows and improve productivity.

• Stay Current

  : Keep up with the latest in programming, tools, and technologies to help drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technology, with strong expertise in both frontend andbackend development.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Node.js) andframeworks (e.g., React, Django, Express).
• Proven experience with databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS,Azure).
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborateeffectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools (e.g., Docker,Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with DevOps practices and open-source contributions.
