Tech Lead - Salesforce Platform

As a Tech Lead Salesforce (E-Commerce) at the organization, you will be a vital part of the e-commerce team, leveraging your expertise in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, software development, and e-commerce. Your role will require demonstrating leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of agile processes, and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, change, or integrate Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with other tools as needed. - Define OpenAPI specifications in accordance with company standards. - Develop software utilizing technologies like JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Lead the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Mentor and coach junior team members. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of software architecture experience, with at least 3 years in an e-commerce environment. - Proficiency in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud/Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Force.com/Heroku, Mulesoft/Apigee. - Ability to define OpenAPI specifications. - Strong knowledge of development languages such as JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON. - Familiarity with IaaS, particularly Google Cloud (desired but not required). - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Experience with agile working processes. - High level of English proficiency. - Understanding of the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.,
