Description
You are an experienced and passionate Tech Lead with a strong background in Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, software development, and e-commerce. Your role will involve managing, changing, or integrating Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with other tools as needed. You will define OpenAPI specifications, develop software using technologies such as JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON, and provide technical guidance to the development team. Additionally, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions, foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Manage, change, or integrate Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud with other tools as needed. - Define OpenAPI specifications and ensure they align with company standards. - Develop software using technologies such as JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Lead the design, development, and deployment of e-commerce solutions. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. - Mentor and coach junior team members. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in an e-commerce environment. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud/ Salesforce Marketing Cloud /Force.com / Heroku, Mulesoft / Apigee. - Ability to define OpenAPI specifications. - Proficiency in development languages such as JavaScript, Java, CSS, HTML, NodeJS, and REST/JSON. - IaaS knowledge, specifically Google Cloud (desired but not required). - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Experience with agile working processes. - High level of English proficiency. - Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
