Overview of the Role
We re looking for a full-stack
developer to act as the on-site technical representative, working directly with customer teams to identify use cases, coordinate data integration requirements, and develop interactive dashboards and analytics solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site technical lead, collaborating closely with customer teams and departments.
- Engage with business users and subject matter experts to identify, define, and finalize project use cases.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and clarify data integration requirements.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards, analytics visualizations, and backend services.
- Work with offshore and backend teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
- Review and optimize code, integrations, and dashboards for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Provide technical direction, resolve issues, and maintain consistent communication across teams.
Desired Skills / Background
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Frontend: JavaScript, React.js, Angular
- Backend: Node.js
- Database: PostgreSQL
- Analytics & Logging: ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data integration techniques
- Experience in dashboard design, data visualization, and UI/UX principles
- Exposure to e-Governance, Smart City, or Public Sector IT projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work independently at client sites while coordinating effectively with remote/offshore teams.
