Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience to ensure the successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Guide team members on technical aspects and conduct reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
Create functional and technical specification documents.
Track open tickets/ incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources.
Ensure analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs.
Review functional and technical specification documents.
Serve as the single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders.
Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
Provide application production support according to process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of software quality processes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in creating functional and technical specification documents.
Familiarity with tracking open tickets/inidents in queue and allocating them to resources.
Understanding of RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.
