Tech Lead

As a key member of the team, you will bring in 6-9 years of relevant experience for the position based in Gurgaon or Bangalore. Your responsibility will be overseeing the technical aspects of the cloud-native, message-driven platform. Your role will involve mentoring a team of full-stack engineers, establishing system architecture at the feature level, and ensuring that code quality, performance, and scalability are in line with the business objectives. - Design and implement microservice back-end solutions using Java or Go - Develop SPA front-end applications using React or Angular - Break down product requirements into sprints and enforce agile best practices - Optimize data flow through message queues such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or NATS - Lead design and code reviews, promote principles like SOLID, clean code, and secure coding - Guide continuous integration and continuous deployment processes, containerization with Docker, and orchestration using Kubernetes - Coach developers, support in hiring processes, and conduct performance evaluations In case of production incidents, you will troubleshoot using deep packet inspection tools like Wireshark and drive root-cause fixes to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.,
