Description
As a Tech Lead at Cyncly in Kochi, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Cloud-based software solutions for the Space Designing industry. You will be responsible for developing code that is performance-oriented, follows security standards, and interfaces using team-defined design principles. Additionally, you will work on high availability systems, master the Software Development lifecycle, and deliver high-quality work on time. Your role will also involve troubleshooting, debugging, and providing technical documentation for implemented tasks. Furthermore, you will have the chance to mentor interns/freshers and other programmers, recommend areas for further study, and participate in Proof of Concept projects to investigate architectural possibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop performance-oriented and cost-effective code following security standards - Elaborate interfaces using team-defined design principles - Develop systems with high availability - Master Software Development lifecycle and technologies used by the team - Write Automation tests and troubleshoot for faster defect fixing - Provide guidance and mentoring to Interns/Freshers and other programmers - Identify implementation risks, recommend areas for further study, and participate in Proof of Concept projects - Recommend and participate in the design and implementation of standards, tools, and methodologies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computers or IT-related courses - 5+ years of experience in agile environment with full stack development - Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks such as ReactJS, VueJS, or BackboneJS - Good understanding of back-end technologies like NodeJS, C#, Microservices, and .NET Core - Proficiency in unit testing frameworks like JEST - Troubleshooting and debugging skills for issues and performance bottlenecks - Cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility knowledge - Participation in code reviews and adherence to coding standards Additional Details: Cyncly is a global technology powerhouse with a presence in multiple countries and a commitment to delivering value through innovative solutions.
