ROLE: Tech Lead - Full Stack Developer

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in .NET CORE.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Deep understanding of ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Entity Framework.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and building distributed systems using any AMQP.
• Extensive experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
• Expertise in cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data modeling, complex query writing, and performance optimization
• Proficiency in containerization tools like AKS.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams, driving high-quality software development practices.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET, C#, React.js, and microservices
• Architect and implement microservices-based systems with a strong focus on scalability, security, and resilience
• Define and implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Mentor and coach developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Conduct code reviews, pair programming sessions, and technical training for the team
• Drive the adoption of best practices for software development, including TDD, BDD, and clean code principles
• Collaborate with DevOps engineers to optimize deployment pipelines and infrastructure
