Tech Lead (Consultant) – Voice AI (Remote)

Role & Responsibilities

  • Automate and streamline existing workflows (call orchestration, CRM/MIS integration).
  • Optimize STT → LLM → TTS pipeline for performance and cost.
  • Set up reliable deployment with

    Docker & AWS

    .
  • Ensure monitoring, error handling, and scalability of the system.
  • Act as a

    core member

    , helping the product evolve faster.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience

    in AI/ML voice systems or automation.
  • Strong expertise in

    LLMs, STT, TTS

    with proven implementation.
  • Hands-on with

    Docker, AWS (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)

    .
  • Comfortable with

    process automation

    and system reliability.
  • Conversational Voice AI agent experience preferred.
  • Availability:

    3–4 hrs/day (weekdays)

    and

    8 hrs/day (weekends)

    .

  • ₹30k–50k/month
