Tech Lead, Front-End (Angular)

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the front-end development team
, ensuring code quality, performance, and best practices.
Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable UI components using
Angular
,
HTML
,
CSS
, and
TypeScript
.
Conduct thorough
code reviews
, ensuring adherence to coding standards and optimization techniques.
Maintain a strong focus on
performance optimization
and
accessibility
.
Write and maintain
unit tests
and
end-to-end tests
to ensure application stability.
Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and product managers in design discussions and requirement gathering.
Provide technical
mentorship and guidance
to the team.
Stay updated with the latest trends in front-end development and implement improvements accordingly.
Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and monitor front-end application health.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI issues and performance bottlenecks.

Skills

Expertise in
Angular
(latest versions).
Proficiency in
HTML, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
.
Experience with
state management libraries
(e.g., NgRx, Akita).
Strong understanding of
performance optimization techniques
for front-end applications.
Expertise in writing
unit tests
(e.g., Jasmine, Karma) and
end-to-end tests
(e.g., Cypress).
Hands-on experience with
RESTful APIs
and integrating the front-end with back-end services.
Knowledge of
responsive design
and
cross-browser compatibility

Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines

Excellent
problem-solving skills

Qualifications
