Tech Lead

Job Description As a Tech Lead at Amukha, you will have the opportunity to work with a highly motivated and passionate team on our flagship applications. We are seeking highly-skilled developers who can lead a requirement through its entire life cycle, from analysis and architecture to design, development, testing, and implementation. Amukha is a FinTech company specializing in analytics of structured and unstructured data, with a focus on serving financial institutions like Banks, NBFCs, hedge funds, and AMCs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical and business team members on analysis and requirements, design, develop, test, and support .NET applications, and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to architecture standards, code consistency, and maintainability. You will also be responsible for code deployment and providing technical support to internal and external clients. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with experience in mentoring and leading small teams. Strong technical skills in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, C#, React.js, Redux, Next.js, TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and front-end toolchains are required. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful services, gRPC, DevOps practices, cloud services, source control, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring/logging tools, automated testing, security principles for web applications, and design principles are also necessary for this role. Additionally, experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, message queues, or streaming platforms, as well as prior work in FinTech, analytics, or data-heavy applications, would be beneficial. While knowledge of legacy technologies is acceptable, the role emphasizes modern frameworks and practices.
