Job Description: Tech Innovation Specialist (Full-time / Intern)

About the Role

We seek a highly curious, tech-obsessed problem solver who thrives on creating scalable solutions faster than industry norms. This role works at the intersection of technology, business, innovation, and marketing to deliver high-impact outcomes.

What You'll Do

Build and implement innovative solutions across technology, business, innovation, and marketing.
Connect user needs, product capabilities, and market opportunities.
Collaborate across tech, product, marketing, and business teams.
Debug patterns, identify root causes, and improve processes.
Explore emerging tech (AI, LLMs, AGI, SGI) for business impact.
Setup dashboards for Martech
API & Webhook integerations
Follow up with Marketing SPOCs for AI initiatives across marketing team

Key Traits & Skills

Passion for technology, business strategy, and innovation.
Awareness of marketing strategies and how tech accelerates them.
Logical thinking, problem-solving, and pattern recognition.
Basic understanding of mathematics, probability, and reasoning.
Good grasp of Python; able to discuss and debug code.
Knowledge of LLMs, AGI, and SGI concepts.
Strong communication: translating between tech, business, and marketing.
Manage Tracks of AI & Martech initiatives
