Tech Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate

  Meta APIs

  (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business).
• 
  
• Configure and maintain

  Meta Bots

  for automated customer interactions.
• 
  
• Build and optimize workflows between Meta platforms and internal systems/CRMs.
• 
  
• Integrate with marketing tools, automation platforms, and third-party APIs.
• 
  
• Stay updated with

  Meta developer guidelines

  and best practices.
• 
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration or automation issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with

  Meta API integration

  (Business Suite, WhatsApp API, Messenger API).
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with

  Meta Bot development

  .
• 
  
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript, Python, or Node.js

  .
• 
  
• Familiarity with automation platforms like

  ManyChat, Dialogflow, etc.

• 
  
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• 
  

• Prior experience in the communication, social media, or marketing technology sector is preferred.

• Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):
