You will leverage your deep technical knowledge and business acumen to enhance delivery engagements, ensuring that both Accenture and client strategies are aligned with emerging ideas and market trends. Your role will also include fostering trusted advisor relationships, contributing to discussions that shape the future of technology delivery, and enhancing Accenture''s reputation in the marketplace.

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.

Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

Experience with various SAP SuccessFactors modules and functionalities.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
