Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and analyze business needs.- Design and develop SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical solutions.- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Integrations Technical modules.- Perform unit testing and support system integration testing.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.- Strong understanding of SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical concepts and architecture.- Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other systems.- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors data models and APIs.- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full-time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
