Tech Content Creator

As a Tech Content Creator for our AI & Beyond Series, youll be responsible for crafting engaging, insightful, and high-retention content around trending deep-tech topics. From Agentic RAG and LLM agents to infrastructure tools like FireCrawl, LangChain, and Vector DBs — you’ll simplify the complex and tell stories that spark curiosity, clarity, and action. In addition to long-form technical walkthroughs and implementation-based scripts, you’ll also contribute to high-retention, short-form content (like explainer reels and visual-first breakdowns) that simplify dense ideas for a broader tech audience.

You will work closely with internal teams, SMEs, and speakers to script long-form and short-form content that breaks down modern AI tools, protocols, and architectures — often within 60 to 90-second reels or tight narrative videos that reach tens of thousands of learners, developers, and tech enthusiasts every week.

Skills Required:

• Strong grasp of AI/ML, GenAI, and LLM-related tools including RAG, LangChain, Gradio, Vector DBs, FireCrawl, LlamaIndex, etc.
• Ability to simplify dense technical systems into explainers that are both educational and visually engaging.
• Proven storytelling ability especially across hook-core-wrap frameworks or problem-solution-demo formats.
• Experience writing or structuring content for Long-form & short-form tech videos or narrative-rich explainers.
• Basic knowledge of how backend systems or API-based integrations work especially around LLMs, databases, and deployment workflows.
• Strong communication, scripting, and documentation skills ability to write content that flows well both on video and in writing.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments with designers, editors, and speakers.
• Ensure content aligns with Beginner Friendly preferences (concise, visual, relatable).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of hands-on tutorials and implementation scripts

  on real-world topics like Agentic RAG, LLM orchestration, and protocol-powered AI agents.
• Research, script, and structure short-form explainer videos and concept-driven reels on topics like LLM agents, RAG, orchestration frameworks, protocol standards, and other cutting-edge tech.
• Collaborate with speakers and pods to

  translate deep technical systems into clean, structured tutorial formats

• Break down complex protocols (like MCP, A2A, Agentic RAG) into hook-first, visual-first content that aligns with content marketing and education goals.
• Contribute to storyboarding, pacing, and on-video scripting for high-retention output knowing exactly when to educate, when to entertain, and when to simplify.
• Collaborate with video editors, animators, and designers to ensure technical ideas are well-represented visually and are understandable even without audio.
• Maintain a rapid weekly content cadence often ideating, refining, and shipping 2–4 pieces of content/week with high clarity and creativity.
• Adapt content from longer masterclasses or product demos into snackable, social-first formats for platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram Reels.
• Regularly audit and improve content based on viewer feedback, retention analytics, and SEO signals.
• Stay on top of developments in the GenAI, LLM, and infra ecosystem bringing fresh ideas and rapid-turnaround content around news, releases, or open-source projects.

Nice-to-Have:

• 1+ year experience

  in a content creation, devrel, or ed-tech role.
• Familiarity with ed-tech content standards (e.g., scaffolding, pacing).
