Teammate( Customer Service Representative)

Main Roles and Responsibilities are:

• Answering Customer Inquiries: Responding to customer questions, concerns, and complaints via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Problem Resolution: Troubleshooting technical issues, resolving product or service problems, and finding solutions to customer issues.
• Customer Communication: Maintaining clear, concise, and professional communication with customers, building rapport, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Order Processing and Management: Processing orders, managing returns, and handling customer accounts.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Product Knowledge: Staying informed about company products and services, and providing accurate information to customers.
• Escalation: Knowing when and how to escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel.
• Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback and reporting it to relevant teams for improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,539.18 - ₹28,000.00 per month
