You have a job opportunity as a Teamcenter PLM Support with a leading Indian multinational IT services and consulting firm. As a Teamcenter PLM Support, you will be responsible for providing strong expertise in PLM Product Lifecycle Management framework and tools. Your role will involve understanding the PLM application's use in supporting product design and manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will need knowledge in areas such as Bill of Material Change Management, BMIDE Access Management, Utilities, and Templates. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as installation, configuration, deployments, and reports related to PLM tools. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of the PLM framework architecture and experience in rich client server and utility development. Furthermore, you will provide second-level support for specific products and technology components, coordinating problem resolution with third parties, and overseeing the daily operations of representatives handling customer accounts. In this role, it is essential to cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships while utilizing your in-depth knowledge of organizational products and programs to educate customers and team members within the department. You should also have experience in support projects, SLA Governance awareness, and the ability to provide user support in a global multi-discipline environment. Your communication skills will be crucial as you work with customers to understand their requirements, coordinate support activities, identify solutions for complex issues, and provide metrics for the support team. You will also be responsible for assuring data integrity and offering solutions when inconsistencies are identified.
