Teamcenter PLM Support

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing strong support in PLM Product Lifecycle Management framework and tools. Your main focus will be on understanding the PLM application's usage in product design and manufacturing, along with knowledge in areas such as Bill of material Change Management, BMIDE Access Management Utilities, and Templates. Your role will also involve tasks like Installation, Configuration, Deployments, and Reports, along with ensuring smooth operations of the PLM framework Architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Provide second level support for specific products and technology components - Coordinate problem resolution with third parties - Oversee daily operations of representatives handling customer accounts - Cultivate and maintain ongoing customer relationships - Utilize excellent knowledge of organizational products and programs to educate customers and team members - Support projects and ensure adherence to SLA Governance - Provide user support in a global multi-discipline environment - Work with customers to understand their requirements - Coordinate support activities and identify solutions for complex issues - Provide metrics for the support team - Assure data integrity and provide solutions for identified inconsistencies Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in PLM Product Lifecycle Management framework and tools - Understanding of PLM application use in support of product design and manufacturing - Knowledge in Bill of material Change Management, BMIDE Access Management Utilities, and Templates - Experience with installation, configuration, deployments, and reports - Strong understanding of PLM framework Architecture - Experience with rich client server and utility development - Good communication skills and ability to work with users (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
