Job Title: Teamcenter Developer Location: Bengaluru/Pune (Work from Office) Must-Have Experience : 4+ years of strong hands-on Teamcenter development experience Advanced debugging skills ability to handle and resolve complex issues independently Mandatory Skills : Proficiency in BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and AWC (Active Workspace) customization Responsibilities Develop and customize solutions in Siemens Teamcenter based on business requirements. Implement BMIDE configurations including data model changes, business objects, and properties. Design and develop ITK and SOA-based server-side customizations. Work on Active Workspace Client (AWC) customizations including stylesheets, XRTs, and client extensions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Teamcenter performance, customization, and user support. Participate in data migration activities using tools like Import/Export (IPEC), BMIDE XML, or custom scripts. Support Teamcenter integrations with CAD tools (NX, CATIA, etc.) and other enterprise applications (SAP, CRM). Develop and maintain workflows, handlers, and process templates. Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable PLM solutions. Provide technical documentation, code reviews, and mentoring for junior team members if needed. Key Skills Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter Unified Architecture (TCUA). Proficiency in BMIDE, ITK, SOA, and Active Workspace (AWC) customization. Knowledge of Teamcenter data model, Item/BOM structures, workflows, and change management. Familiarity with CAD integrations and CAD dataset handling. Experience in Java, C/C++, or Core Java for ITK development. Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Shell Script, Batch Script, and basic SQL. Experience in performance tuning, error handling, and Teamcenter environment management is a plus. Understanding of Agile development practices and tools like JIRA, Git, etc. Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team.
